Shipping policy
Online Orders:
All orders placed are considered confirmed orders; we cannot make any changes after the order has been processed or dispatched.
Shipping Charges:
We offer free delivery for any customer who completes an online purchase of Ksh 2,500 or more around Nairobi.
Aboosto offers standard shipping charges of KSH 400 for all orders
- All orders will be dispatched the next day. Orders placed on weekends will be dispatched the next working day.
- Orders within Nairobi city will be delivered in 24 to 48 hours.
- Orders outside Nairobi city will be delivered in 2 to 3 business days.
For the locations below, delivery will be done via parcel service and will fall under the standard KES 400 rate.

The following areas surrounding Nairobi will be charged KES 600 for door-to-door delivery:
- Kikuyu
- Syokimau
- Ruaka
- Karen
- Ngong
- Runda
- Ruiru
- Lower/Upper Kabete
- Utawala
Delivery Terms:
Aboosto aims to serve the end consumers only; we reserve the right to cancel any bulk orders. Standard delivery charges / offers are designed for end consumers up to 1 kg. Any order size exceeding this standard weight will be charged as per actual courier charges.
Shipping Compensation:
There are no shipping refunds or compensations available in any case.
Shipping Damages / Broken Items:
Aboosto takes the best possible measures in packaging, but since some of the items are very delicate, in case something is damaged by the shipping company during the transit, you need to contact us as soon as possible after receiving those items, and we will not return or exchange such items, but we will provide you a discount coupon as per the damage that happened.
We will require 7-10 business days to settle these claims.
